Strathaven Airfield is the third oldest operational airfield on the West of Scotland mainland and prides itself on maintaining a traditional grass runway flying club atmosphere. The ‘Airfield House’ is famous for its unique appearance and was featured on Channel 4’s Grand Designs.

YOUR PACKAGE

Arrive at The Strathaven Hotel for 2pm to check in to your en-suite bedroom and explore the historic market town before enjoying a 3-course dinner in our newly refurbished restaurant. The next morning, enjoy a full cooked breakfast before heading to Strathaven Airfield, where one of their licenced instructors will guide you through your personal flying experience.
